The German Salafi movement, which consisted of a small group of inviters with Arab immigrant origins, evolved to a popular movement. In recent years, it constitutes in Germany one of the most important agenda about Muslims. Salafism, which started to become a part of German society since the mid-nineties, is an important reasons/factor that influences the position/behaviour of the German domestic and foreign affairs towards Muslims. In the beginning phase, Salafi preachers had an important part in both that the small groups with Arab origins that favour Salafism are unnoticed in public realm and that their Salafi belief thought is popularised only by a couple of Salafi imams. In 2001 Salafi imams started their first German online presence and beside they organised “Islamic Seminars” especially in mosques. Since 2005, these two factors seriously expanded the area of influence of the Salafi environment; while wise Salafi men/preachers from abroad had a voice in der Salafi environment, in progress of time preachers from Germany started to be active. The present work deals on the one hand with Salafi preachers like Hasan Dabbag, Ibrahim Ebu Naci, Pierre Vogel and Sven Lau, who played an active role from the beginning of Salafism to today and who are known in German public as well as in Salafi society as charismatic personalities. On the other hand, it researches their thoughts/views and their influence on Salafi environment. The resources were limited to preaches and speeches of the preachers that were published on the internet environment because there are limited printed resources regarding this topic, and it was not possible to make an interview with the preachers.
