In this research, emotional labor seffect on jobsatis factionand individual performance is investigated on 207 health care workers. Relations between parameters wereanaly zedusing the data that obtained from 207 health care workers in hospitals operating in Kocaeli province. The data were analyzed by verificati ve factor analysis, correlation analysisand regression models. Significant relations between correlation analysis and emotional labor’s deepacting dimensionand job satisfaction, individual performance were discovered. Significant connections between emotional labor’s “expression of naturally felt behavior dimensionand job satisfaction were discovered. No significant connection between individual performance were discovered. Inconsequence of there gression analysis, İt was found that emotional labor’s deepacting and surface acting dimension saffect job satisfaction statistically positive. No significant findings were found on emotional labor dimensions effects on individual performance. This research provides important findings formanager saiming to increase employee and customer satisfaction by payin gattention to workers naturally feltemotions.
