The aim of this study is to examine the data obtained from the studies published between 2015-2020 in Turkey about academic achievement and physical activity, exercise and sports. 261 national publications on the subject have been reached, and 13 publications have been evaluated in accordance with the criteria for inclusion in the study. All publications were analyzed by systematizing in terms of study title, year, methods/data collection tools, results and findings, and indexes scanned. This study was carried out in document scanning design, one of the qualitative research methods. Systematic review method was used in the study. Considering the results of the studies examined, a significant relationship was not found between the academic achievement of students and physical activity level in 4 (30%) studies, while 2 (15%) studies found a weak negative relationship. In 7 (55%) studies, a moderately significant positive correlation was found between the academic achievement and physical activity level of their students. As a result ; It was found that studies conducted with university students (n = 8, 62%) were higher than those at secondary school (n = 3, 23%) and high school (n = 2, 15%). University students (n = 5, 63%) group was the group with the most moderate positive correlation between academic achievement and physical activity level.
